Request guarantee letter (GL) from your panel

Get a referral letter from the panel clinic under your company

Bring these two letters and give to the registration counter

- You can check with your company’s HR Executive to get to know the list of under-cover treatments for yourself.
- Please confirm on the excess limit for every treatment you are keen to.
- If you are unable to bring along your GL, we can request it for you. However, you will need to wait for at least 30 minutes for the processing period.
