Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy
It is a therapy done to trigger and regulate the normal flow of oils into the tears. It has always been an alternative to treat Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD). MGD is the abnormality or blockage of the Meibomian glands that secrete the oil layer in the tear film, which prevents fast evaporation of the tears.
