Her Journey
Professor Dr Muhaya graduated from the medical school of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1985. She completed her Master’s degree in ophthalmology in 1991. She continued to pursue her post-graduate studies where she obtained a Fellowship in Uveitis at Moorfields Eye Hospital, the United Kingdom in 1998, which culminated in a PhD from the University of London in Ocular Immunology.
She is now one of the Medical Directors for Ikonik Eye Specialist Centre (formerly known as Prof Muhaya Eye and LASIK Centre)
