- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Descriptions:
- Provide optimum nursing care
- Assist in ophthalmic surgeries as a scrub nurse or circulating nurse
- Conduct eye screenings and tests – biometry, OCT, topography, etc.
- Gain exposure to performing minor procedures
- Work based on targets set by the company (incentives provided)
