- Bachelor’s degree in BSc Optometry recognized by the Malaysian government and registered under
- Malaysian Optical Council with CGPA 3.0 & above
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Interest in clinical optometry
Job Descriptions:
- Perform vision tests and analyze results.
- Diagnose sight problems, such as near-sightedness or farsightedness, and eye diseases, such as glaucoma, diabetes and other diseases.
- Prescribe eyeglasses and medications.
- Perform minor procedures.
- Provide pre-and post-operative care to patients undergoing eye surgery—for example, examining a patient’s eyes the day after surgery.
- Promote eye health by counseling patients.
- Provide post-op analysis.
